Weekly Volunteer CalendarNOTE: Given the COVID-19 pandemic, MDS has put into place some requirements for how projects will operate in the coming months - these include some additional health & safety practices to ensure the health & safety of our volunteers, clients, and community partners. Specific practices will be put into place at each project and may be updated as recommendations and regulations change.
Weekly volunteers serve on a MDS construction site for one to three weeks as individuals, couples, families, groups, students, retirees, friends and others, aiding in the rebuilding of homes that were damaged by a natural disaster. You can use your trade skills or learn new skills on the job while working hard and serving with a positive and Christ-like heart. In return, MDS provides you with lodging and meals. We appreciate your interest in restoring hope for those who have been affected by disaster!
Follow these steps to submit a request to volunteer:
1.) Volunteer as an Individual or as a Group
2.) Choose a week or weeks you'd like to volunteer
3.) Log in or create an account
If you have served with MDS before and do not know your username and password, follow the prompts to recover your password.
4.) Wait for confirmation from MDS
JOIN THE WAIT LIST if you have interest in weeks not listed on this calendar.
